Have two (or more?) different modes for displaying succession list

You could have two modes for displaying the line of succession:

• compact: shows just the name (i.e. doesn't show the following two lines). This could be default, since it would fit the list in much less space.
• full: show the two lines after the name

You could even have two separate checkboxes, so the additional 2 lines can be separately controlled, though that seems like overkill to me. You could have a single checkbox in the titlebar, or in page, just below the titlebar.

Use a cookie to remember the user's preference.
